Must-have tool for any Woo or Shopify Store

I discovered Metorik about 5 years ago after months of searching as we had a huge blind spot in our customer and product reporting for our B2B and B2C parts of our health food manufacturing businesses. The reports, segmenting and daily digests helped give us answers and understand our customer's buying behaviours, identified high LTV products and so much more. The support team are incredibly helpful too.

What do you like best about Metorik? I love that you can go into an order and see so many details: everything from how the person originated in finding your site, all the way through checkout, you can really see the process people go through when it comes to making an e-commerce sale.

What do you like best about Metorik? That I have a lot of clarity if I won or lost money on the day. Integrate all the costs of the payment gateway, shipping cost, cogs, fullfilment, among others, into the dashboard. This allows you to know your profitability of the day, to know where you are losing money or winning. I have tried other platforms in Shopify and they do not allow you to configure the shipping costs in depth and that biases the results.

What do you like best about Metorik? The UI UX of Merotik I like the best. I have been searching websites like this since I started my online store with WooCommerce. I have been using the WooCommerce app on my mobile but was wondering if similar software is available for PC, and here it is. It's effortless to use, to see new orders, add new products and see the reports of my store. I like it the best. It shows me detailed information like how much I have sold etc.

What do you like best about Metorik? Super easy to run reports for woocommerce and shopofy stores. Really clean interface, the ability to segment by virtually any criteria you can imagine and save and share those segments with the team. Each account gets unlimited users, and it's intuitive to use for new team members.

What do you like best about Metorik? 1. The ability to see what final sales look like (after commissions, delivery costs, product costs, etc) 2. Inventory management (both for product units and/or total amount $)
