What do you like best about Method CRM? The ability to customize Method to fit our business requirements. From customized screens to reports Method meets the needs of our business. What do you dislike about Method CRM? We would like a better backup system to include versions for when we are changing Method code. What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? The integration with Quickbooks has been significant. Also the ability to customize the data we need.

What do you like best about Method CRM? I love that I can customize the Method platform to fully fit the unique needs of my sales team. Plus, the customer portal feature is an absolute game-changer, allowing our customers immediate access to their account history and saving my team valuable time in having to pull up old transactions for clients. "Easily accessible support for setup & troubleshooting"

What do you like best about Method CRM? Method has chat support available during regular business hours. Chat representatives are excellent in understanding issues and providing insight or links to the appropriate help articles. In setting up, customizing or utilizing a CRM — this type of support is critical. Method makes this easier by providing this chat support option. What do you dislike about Method CRM? "Great product and support staff"

What do you like best about Method CRM? The ease of use and flexibility. The staff is friendly and quick to respond. The program is customizable and or you can use its current layout. The price is amazing for what you get. What do you dislike about Method CRM? There is nothing I can actually say I dislike. What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping us build a foundation to grow our company. It has streamlined our invoicing process and the accuracy of invoices.

"It's been real good using it so far. I've been using it for some time now and I've had no problems"

What do you like best about Method CRM? It's very easy to use. You can use multiple ways to search for your customers. What do you dislike about Method CRM? There's nothing that i've come up on that i dislike as yet. What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps in sending out invoices to clients and that helps us in doing less work and makes our work lives easier.

"We love Method!"

What do you like best about Method CRM? It is intuitive. All of our sales reps prefer Method over other programs that we have tried. What do you dislike about Method CRM? I wish the emails were better designed. If they were, I wouldn't have to use mailchimp. The emails are generic. What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? a database to track our customers and our interactions with them.

"I recommend Method all the time!"

What do you like best about Method CRM? It's rare these days that you can get help on the phone, but Method support is always there, and extremely helpful. I also LOVE their customization team.
