"QB integration wasn't working correctly"
What do you like best about Method CRM? At this price point, this is a full-feature product that is very customizable to our internal workflows. We took an out of the box solution and bended the software around how we work best What do you dislike about Method CRM? Exporting the data seems to be a little bit tricky to say the least. What do you like best about Method CRM? I like how you can easily access the background of the screens and customize them, publish and move on! What do you dislike about Method CRM? They way the Edit screen are organized is somehow confusing. It sometimes requires multiple iterations to find the right way to do things. "Great Product and Customer Service is Amazing!!"
What do you like best about Method CRM? The product is intuitive and easy to train. It allows for customization when needed and the support has been awesome. What do you dislike about Method CRM? The only thing we have found that is a little "clunky" is using with outlook for emailing. What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of customers and follow-up.

What do you like best about Method CRM? Support and service are excellent. Very easy to arrange for calls/meetings. "Method Saved Our lives"
What do you like best about Method CRM? I like that Method connects with QBO and we no longer need to use another CRM to manually enter info. What do you dislike about Method CRM? I dislike that the updates have nit been transferred to Method via QBO. There are small issues. What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Method is eliminating the need to do double entries.

"researched several CRM platforms before we went with Method."
What do you like best about Method CRM? We find it very easy to navigate and great customer support. What do you dislike about Method CRM? if not admin can be lil difficulty in changing settings etc . What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? before the company did not have a contact / follow up system. Now all employs can see actts etc. Much easier

"Powerful and neat, and great support."
What do you like best about Method CRM? Packed with features and endlessly customizable, yet still simple to use. And the support I received, along with follow-up emails, was incredible. What do you dislike about Method CRM? The contacts import tool is a bit too complicated. What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Inputting leads and being able to follow up on them. And customizing pricing options. I'm getting ahead now.

What do you like best about Method CRM? Complete integration with QBO, easy to create leads into opportunities and house estimates, activities and invoices all under the customer profile. What do you dislike about Method CRM? The automation flows, and template editing is a bit cumbersome and not very user friendly What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? full integration with QBO, reducing redundant inputs and having to navigate through multiple software

What do you like best about Method CRM? Catergory based apps makes finding purchase and sales orders fast. What do you dislike about Method CRM? I wish Method help was easier to access, sometimes the help centers pathway to finding a solution is longer then anticipated. What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Purchase Orders and sales orders. Contact information is also easy to find

"Method is a big time saver"
What do you like best about Method CRM? The seem less interface with QB's. Allows sales people to create accounts and submit sales orders in QB's without QB's access. What do you dislike about Method CRM? Creating sales reciepts. It is an unnecessary component. What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Entering sales orders. Sales people can enter sales orders and access invoices in Quickbooks.
