What do you like best about Method CRM? It so easy to customize your screens to work for your business. We were able to transfer our paper estimate forms into an easy to use form on method. "Method CRM Review"

What do you like best about Method CRM? Scheduling ability. Can track status changes. In residence feature. Invoicing is a snap. It used to take me hours I can now do it in minutes. What do you dislike about Method CRM? Won't tell you when duplicates are entered. What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of client schedules and what employees are covering them.

"Seems like it's going to be a good fit for our company"

What do you like best about Method CRM? We like the fact that it syncs with Quickbooks so we are avoiding a lot of double entry. What do you dislike about Method CRM? Live chat help can take some time for them to reply between responses. What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? There was a big disconnect between sales and the managers. This will give us real time information.

"Strong simplicity just highest productivity at once"

What do you like best about Method CRM? The ability of all of our team to be on the same page and work from one software instead of having to jump from CRM, to invoice payment to order fulfillment. What do you dislike about Method CRM? The look of it... I am not crazy about it. :) but it does the job, and that is what matters. What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? removing unnecessary additional softwares

"Just Perfect"

What do you like best about Method CRM? The simplicity of it, the way it links with outlook so that tasks are efficiently reminded. Customer service is also VERY good! What do you dislike about Method CRM? Sometimes I accidentally make a new contact through the outlook add-on and select New Customer instead of Lead. There is no way to undo this or switch a customer to a lead. I have to make them inactive and create a new one. This is kind of tedious and annoying. What problems is Method CRM ...
