"Chat Support is Quick and Helpful"

What do you like best about Method CRM? I mainly am the support user and while I don't use the product like Sales staff, I do have to support it. I'm here to note that support is responsive and the chat support feature actually works, unlike many products. What do you dislike about Method CRM? The biggest issues we've had are more due to our internal setup and that the sync cannot be automated 24/7/365. Our cloud provider kicks connections to QB after a period of time for security ...

"Great fit, great support."

What do you like best about Method CRM? After reviewing a number of options, Method CRM provided the best off the shelf fit for our sales process, plus easy integration with Quick Books. What do you dislike about Method CRM? As is to be expected with a program that offers multiple options, some functionality was not a fit for us.
