The ability to text's clients, get a response, and have the full communication saved in Smart Advocate and available for everyone working on the file to view the communication. What do you like best about Sinch MessageMedia? I liked that you can do mass SMS campaigns but also respond in a one to one manner with people who respond. What do you dislike about Sinch MessageMedia? The interface is a bit clunky and it's difficult to manage replies.
