What do you like best about MessageGears Platform? I love that it keeps our customer data in our own systems and behind our firewalls. Enhanced security and privacy are huge factors for us. What do you like best about MessageGears Platform? That it's a completely different type of ESP. I like how it layers directly on top of our data and allows us to utilize every aspect of it. What do you like best about MessageGears Platform? I am a big fan of how MessageGears does not require me to upload any data directly to the platform. What do you dislike about MessageGears Platform? There is no testing or staging environment. What problems is MessageGears Platform solving and how is that benefiting you? MessageGears gives us the ability to send personalized content to our very large subscriber base.

What do you like best about MessageGears Platform? The customer service and team we work with are truly the best. Very attentive, very eager to assist and have been the best part of working with them - from the sales team to the account team. What do you dislike about MessageGears Platform? It's not as much of a dislike and more of an opportunity - the UI is not as 'marketer' friendly as some of the other UIs I've seen.
