"Great for sending messages on behalf of business"
What do you like best about MessageDesk? Great for sending mass texts for the staff or communicating with returning clients. We have sent promotional deals to our returning clients. We can also group clients if need be based on categories. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? What do you like best about MessageDesk? Ease of communication with our patients resulting in generally quick response from them. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? Not necessarily a negative, we jjst don't use all of the available options/features. What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Patients respond to texting much more quickly than a voicemail. Helps to keep our schedule running more smoothly.

What do you like best about MessageDesk? Stayng in commuincation with our team, not forgetting appointments and shared messaging allowing us to be proactive and always maintaining communication. "Best-in-class UX"
What do you like best about MessageDesk? Bouncing around and getting a lot done quickly is super easy and intuitive. It gets the job done better than the dozen or so other solutions I've tested. Not a lot of hoops to jump through to get started. Great trial flexibility to really dig in without committing. Most others are fairly limited. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? What do you like best about MessageDesk? Message Desk has a great Support Team. I am very big on Customer service and response time. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? The least helpful are how the credits are used when sending a message to multiple parties. What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you? They are helping me solve a more efficient and practical way to send messages to contacts.

"The exact app I needed and even better than what I was expecting"
What do you like best about MessageDesk? I love how easy it is to send out messages, create new groups, and add/remove contacts from groups. It always sends a "group message report" so you can see if anyone opted out and confirm that all of the messages were delivered. Snapdesk also had the best customer service I have ever experienced. What do you like best about MessageDesk? MessageDesk is an easy way to get in touch with your colleagues all at once instead of painfully (and slowly) texting each and every person. You can also pick back up on conversations with ease. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? Ironically, sometimes people misuse MessageDesk when they could easily call you instead.
