What do you like best about MessageDesk? I like the fact that you can host your phone number with them to manage text messages and their automated keyword based autoresponder. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? Hosting multiple phone numbers within the same plan would be usedful. What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about MessageDesk? Broadcast to large groups of SMS subscribers at a time, templates to save time. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? QBO integration could be better. The invoice sync doesnt always work. What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to connect with my customers with a much higher open rate than email.

"Useful, But Not The Best"

What do you like best about MessageDesk? MessageDesk is an easy way to get in touch with your colleagues all at once instead of painfully (and slowly) texting each and every person. You can also pick back up on conversations with ease. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? Ironically, sometimes people misuse MessageDesk when they could easily call you instead. What do you like best about MessageDesk? Great for sending mass texts for the staff or communicating with returning clients. We have sent promotional deals to our returning clients. We can also group clients if need be based on categories. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? "Effective Texting App With Excellent Customer Service"

What do you like best about MessageDesk? SnapDesk allows you to build templates to save frequently sent texts. The templates are customizable with tagging features to personalize messages. SnapDesk also has fantastic customer service where real people answer your questions via your preferred communication channel. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? "The exact app I needed and even better than what I was expecting"

What do you like best about MessageDesk? I love how easy it is to send out messages, create new groups, and add/remove contacts from groups. It always sends a "group message report" so you can see if anyone opted out and confirm that all of the messages were delivered. Snapdesk also had the best customer service I have ever experienced.
