What do you like best about MessageDesk? Bouncing around and getting a lot done quickly is super easy and intuitive. It gets the job done better than the dozen or so other solutions I've tested. Not a lot of hoops to jump through to get started. Great trial flexibility to really dig in without committing. Most others are fairly limited. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? What do you like best about MessageDesk? I am constantly surprised by how easy, helpful and useful MessageDesk is. Writing and scheduling broadcasts is quick, clear, and offers multiple ways to include or exclude contacts. The shared inbox my team uses keeps messaging organized and our customers happy we don't miss any messages. Adding contacts with either tons of info or very little is great. "Message Desk App Reciew"
What do you like best about MessageDesk? Message Desk has a great Support Team. I am very big on Customer service and response time. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? The least helpful are how the credits are used when sending a message to multiple parties. What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you? They are helping me solve a more efficient and practical way to send messages to contacts.

What do you like best about MessageDesk? Being able to get invoices sent over to customers via text message to increase on time payments. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? Some more automation would be nice. I want to be able to control the new invoice send times. What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to communicate with customers in real time.
