"Automated use to help with tasks"

What do you like best about MessageDesk? Automation. I love that I can schedule out messages as far as I need in order to know that my task is complete. These tasks help me have peace of mind. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? I think that we are on two different time zones. What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Messagedesk is helping us with getting information to the team. It is a part of the step by step process for safety.

"Simple and Increases Client Participation"

What do you like best about MessageDesk? I like how you can organize contacts into groups instead of clicking every contact individually. It helps us reach the target audience. Using our office number for the app helps clients verify the legitimacy of the message as opposed to a spam text. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? Updating and handling "duplicates" is tedious until you get used to it. The contact list isn't organized by alphabet or group, so you have to search by name. It ...

"A great improvement from past SMS services"

What do you like best about MessageDesk? The interface is seamless and easy to use. Setting up broadcasts is intuitive and can be tailored to meet many different needs. The contact cards have space for lots of information and are easy to update as necessary/. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? What do you like best about MessageDesk? I am constantly surprised by how easy, helpful and useful MessageDesk is. Writing and scheduling broadcasts is quick, clear, and offers multiple ways to include or exclude contacts. The shared inbox my team uses keeps messaging organized and our customers happy we don't miss any messages. Adding contacts with either tons of info or very little is great. What do you like best about MessageDesk? Being able to get invoices sent over to customers via text message to increase on time payments. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? Some more automation would be nice. I want to be able to control the new invoice send times. What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you? "MessageDesk is great! Facilitates easy communication with customers through SMS."

What do you like best about MessageDesk? Broadcast to large groups of SMS subscribers at a time, templates to save time. What do you dislike about MessageDesk? QBO integration could be better. The invoice sync doesnt always work. What problems is MessageDesk solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to connect with my customers with a much higher open rate than email.
