What do you like best? Response times to business and technical requests. Constantly adding new services. Great customer portal site and technical documentation. What do you dislike? Rates are a bit higher than competitor so challenging now that we are at higher volume. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Provide text messaging to our end customer to drive business to their physical locations.

Great service and very responsive customer service

What do you like best? Easy to use and clean control panel along with an easy to use API What do you dislike? Would be nice if they could add an auto top up option, at the moment it will auto generate a new order when credit is running low but this won't automatically charge your card and add credit to your account. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Incoming and outgoing SMS and also outgoing phone voice services

What do you like best? We only send simple email alerts to customers that items are ready for collection, this is nice and easy to use for this purpose. What do you dislike?
