What do you like best? The thing that I like at the best about MessageBird is the ease of access with which calls can be directed to appropriate people. Fantastic support! Great service! Low cost

What do you like best? We have been using MessageBird for 6 months and love the service. The support team is very responsive and always have an answer for us. Also, the prices are very reasonable. What do you dislike? Nothing - MessageBird does exactly what we need it to do and we cannot fault the service What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is what you need as a consumer or business!

What do you like best? The way the user interface works! it's clear and pretty to navigate true. The options are all displayed properly and the way the information Is given is good for a dummy or experienced user. Bad Process and Canned Customer Support for Account Approval

Same with other reviews for companies that were rejected for compliance issues, I am a startup using another service, wanted to try their service, got an email from customer support asking for additional information about the company and i should provide those answers within 24 hours. All the information they wanted was answered and I sent more details about the the startup, more than required. We are in marketing/customer support space, not spam and not fraudulent services. Great service for SMS integrations!

What do you like best? MessageBird is very simple to integrate and to use and it has all required functions to use SMS with our business processes: send and receive text messages directly with our applications. What do you dislike? Actually it is difficult to point out any problem or issue with the service... All good so far! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to send alerts to our users from our web application.
