informed by my mobile provider that the premium text I had been charged for came via a number that charges for you clicking on a link you click.No warning given that this is going to happen and apparently there is no way you can tell which sites/link charge in this way. when I checked number it came up as being MessageBird. If it is them that are providing this 'service" to companies they should be ashamed

The experience is not great at all

The experience is not great at all. I found out that I cannot send SMS to USA, Canada and a few other countries until I get an approval from them. They have swiftly rejected my request without asking for more information. They "believe" that my account may be connected to fraudulent or spam-related behavior. From believing to actual knowing is a long way. Hope to get my refund and move away from them.

Beware of this company

Beware of this company. I recently sign up for messagebird1. They promptly ask you top up to purchase their service2. Immediately you topped up, they flagged your account for security reason and ask you to answer their questions within 24 hours, else they will close your account.3. Live chat was not working, neither email is responsive. Even after i replied immediately within the hour i received the email, they did not respond days later. Unusable service and no refund

Unusable service and no refund. Their Irish number was receiving SMSs, but the characters were chinese (crazy characters). Their support acknowledge the problem, but refused to provide refund.For £15 that I paid, refusing a refund says a lot about a company.

What do you like best? I could not use the service, so i did not like anything about them What do you dislike? Messages were received in chinese characters. Making them unreadable What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We wanted a mobile number that could receive and send sms messages.
