The support is really bad
The support is really bad. The fastest response i got was 3 days, and when the answer doesnt help you (and most of the times it doesnt), you have to wait a few days again for a new answer that doesnt help you.Also i wanted to activate transactional email. I'm not exaggerating, it took almost 1,5 month, nobody seemed to know what i was talking about.They seem to be using their service called "inbox" themselves as their support system. But clearly its not working.

De supportservice is er niet beter op geworden. Na 3 dagen eindelijk een reply. Jammer dat de reply niets met t probleem te maken had.The supportservice is really bad. After 3 days finally a reply. Too bad the reply didnt have anything to do with the issue

Customer support is terrible!
What do you like best? It works as promised, most of the time... What do you dislike? When it doesn't work or something goes wrong, trying to get help from the Support Team is a living hell. For a company that's supposed to provide better customer communications, their communications with their own customers is terrible. waardeloze dienstverlening
Wanneer je goede dienstverlening zoekt, moet je hier niet wezen. Prima zolang het werkt, maar zodra er iets aan de hand is beginnen de problemen. - Geen reactie via de mail.- Geen reactie via de chat.- Telefonische worden mooie belofte gedaan, er wordt nooit terug gebeld het probleem wordt ook niet opgelost. Kortom hecht je waarde aan een goede dienstverlening bij problemen blijf hier ver uit de buurt.

Horrible customer service & product
The page looks well done and when you first try out the service it seems like a well thought out idea, but as soon as you start to set up any of their "channels", WhatsApp, sms, email etc. you realise the service only occasionally works, most of the time either crashes or does not what it says it does. Either the company is close to bankruptcy, because customer service is virtually not existent or they simply focus on huge clients and completely ignore anyone with less then 100k ...

From good experiences to really bad in a few months
Have had some good experiences in the past, but since 2020 the performance of customer support and stability of the platform is bad. Really bad. It seems that they are using their own system for customer support, but it feels like that the support tickets end up in a black hole. Please be aware. We use whatsapp and sms. The Whatsapp especially is not working. With sms we did not have issues (yet)

Zeer slecht!
Ik ben werkzaam bij Simon Loos. Sinds gister 12.00 uur geen SMS berichten meer kunnen ontvangen door storing bij MessageBird. Zeker 10x gebeld en meerdere tickets aan laten maken. Men zou terug bellen maar dat gebeurt dus niet. Voor ons een groot probleem want we krijgen nu geen antwoorden meer van onze chauffeurs. Ook altijd problemen met opwaarderen, men verwerkt dit zeer traag waar door je langere tijd geen SMS berichten kunt verzenden. Zeer slecht bedrijf, raad het iedereen sterk af om ...

Payment not registered on time
Very bad when it comes to registering payments.It's been more than 1 month since I paid for the service i'm using and the payments wasn't still registered. I called them lots of times, i've send them a lot of emails + proof of payment every time, and they barely reply. When they reply they just say "we will check with our financial service". Sorry, but checking for more than 1 month, must be really something they have a hard time with.
