Dedication and follow-through
MessageBird has shown a lot of dedication and follow-through while we were investigating opportunities in hard to reach countries. They've far over performed the behaviour we're used to and therefore deserve the 5 stars!

Very happy with MessageBird as a whole so far. They're pricing is very competitive compared to other leaders in the market and their support is great. We've mainly spoken to Alex, who has been quick to respond and help where he can. Would definitely recommend them

Superb Support
As a new user I had a problem that the SMS message was held buffering, the reply from MessageBird was swift (pardon the pun), polite and helpful, everything was resolved very quickly.Superb customer support.

Works around the world. Competitive pricing. Great customer support.
We tried other companies, but none have that perfect mix of world-wide coverage, great support and great functionality. For instance where many providers fall down is being able to set the sender as a name or as a number. This is somewhat carrier-dependent, but where the carrier supports it, MessageBird supports it -- cannot be said of every competitor.
