Sms system does not work, charging for sms not send, no communication or support possible

In the last 3 years we used their service to send sms via a virtual number. They fail every 6 -9 weeks in doing so by sending out via another phone number. We pay them for this number. This means that our customer cannot send back in a reply which means we miss customer orders. When we escalate via mail / whatsapp or any other channel provided by Messagebird , they contact back after a few days leaving us in the mean time without service and still keep charging us. Don't Use this Company

I was looking for a platform to send mass messages for the Ministry. I paid my money (April 4, 2021) and the long wait for the system to work started. It took over a month before I could try and send out a message, because I could not find a number and there was no one to speak with. They said contact them via WhatsApp and every time I did I got 6 message replies that said no one is available. in order to use this platform you to fill a balance 15$ at least, once filled nothing is working the front end is there but still just a scam, i registered for a phone number but nothing is working. and its all non-refundable

Not willing to engage if you're no "Enterprise level

Poor servicer. Message Bird now refuse to deal with due diligence processes for organisations in regulated industries, if they are not an "Enterprise level" client. It took 6 months of chasing for them to come back and say that. Avoid.

Sudden price change without notifying

TBH, I really liked their service and price. They offered the lowest price in my region. I have been using this service for years and to my surprise, they suddenly changed the pricing for SMS. More than double the price. And after few days, the price went up again. I am a reseller and since I sell SMS packages to my customers I made a loss. They didn't care about notifying of price change. Otherwise, I would have done something about it.
