"Great partner for our HRIS integration expansion strategy"

What do you like best about Merge? The software and the technical documentation are both top notch, which made integrating with their APIs a breeze and putting at ease from the start. They are responsive to new requests and are constantly evolving their offering, allowing us to improve our service to our clients. We added 4 new HRIS integration options immediately and will continure to do so as we get new requests from clients and prospects. The unified API has allowed us to remove the dev ...

"Simplified HRIS integrations"

What do you like best about Merge? Merge gives us a unified API to interact with 50+ HRIS. Without Merge we wouldn’t even consider building that many integrations and just limit ourselves to a few.

"Business-critical for a product that relies on data integrations"

What do you like best about Merge? Merge saves us tonnes of engineering resource by not having to build and maintain 30 different data integrations internally. The team is super responsive to building new functionality for us.

"Streamlined "wow" solution for integrations!"

(Our product requires connections across various SaaS tools to deliver value.) We’re a seed stage company, so our Eng resources are pretty tight - so being able to set this up with strapped team was an enormous value-add. This will continue to pay dividends because we can then focus on our proprietary product instead of ...

"Great partners for adding ticketing integrations"

What do you like best about Merge? Merge's team is extremely collaborative, and worked closely with us as we were launching our ticketing integrations. Their ticketing API has allowed us to quickly offer dozens of ticketing integrations to our customers, and offload the maintenance to their team. Merge has a great dashboard for our customer support team to manage the integrations without getting engineers involved.

"Easy to onboard, saves a ton of developer time"

What do you like best about Merge? Onboarding/Integrating: We were an early user of Merge and even back then it took us only a couple of hours to get their product integrated into our (React/Next/Django) stack.
