What do you like best about Merge? The first and most important thing is the onboarding process of merge which is very smooth and not confusing making it clear that how the product works and how to set up it

What do you like best about Merge? What I like best about Merge is how easy is to integrate with from a technical perspective. Their SDKs are well documented and easy to use and implement.

"Setting up integrations is super simple."
What do you like best about Merge? Being able to set up integrations with customers on a call is great. Having a dashboard shows me how things are running and gives me the ability to troubleshoot is super helpful. I also really enjoy our main customer success rep. She kills it. Shout out Jemma.

What do you like best about Merge? Merge allows us to integrate with tens of File Storage and CRM platforms with their Unified API. Their support is top notch and they're definitely the leaders in the multi-category Unified API space with their API first integrations (many of the other options we looked into utilized scraped integrations and were not as stable)

What do you like best about Merge? - The core product is great when you know you will need to build 3+ integrations of a certain kind (e.g. CRM). It has compound ROI, because the marginal work to add integrations beyond the first is minimal. Merge allowed us to close several deals by quickly supporting a new integration the customer needed.

What do you like best about Merge? There is an integration for literally every service out there. When developing a SaaS product, you have to deal with customers who use different products and expect their product to integrate with your SaaS service. A startup or a small SaaS provider cannot manage to support integration with all those services and may loose focus from their code business.
