Amazing software

What do you like best? The matching tool is the best I've seen of its kind. What do you dislike? The design is functional but not the most aesthetically pleasing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am attempting to build a mentorship system at my organization, and will use this tool to streamline the process.

Very thorough product!

What do you like best? It's so easy to keep track of my relationship with my mentees and get in touch with them. What do you dislike? It's a very in-depth product and there's a lot of pieces of information to access, so at times it's easy to get lost - particularly when trying to get to the various forms my program manager uploads.
