What do you like best? The best parts of the Mentionlytics platform for me are the following: infographic creator, hashtag tracking, social media posts publisher and of course Social Intelligence Advisor. What do you dislike? Not something that I've seen until now.. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Mentionlytics for the online brand image of our NGO. It helps us out with crisis management (prevention) and brand awareness.
