What do you like best? We leveraged mention for tracking some conversations for some of the brands and categories we were working on. The functionality was good. A great way of keeping on top of your social media monitoring - highly recommended!

I like the fact that when I get to the office in the morning, I receive dedicated emails containing the social media mentions for each of my accounts, I can quickly review them, then pass them on to the account management team for further analysis and recording in our clients' coverage books.
