Buyer beware - they automatically renew without warning
What do you like best? Didn't find it useful at all. It mainly pulls tweets which I don't need to pay $1000 a year for. What do you dislike? Buyer beware - they will automatically renew without asking. Now I'm out $1K for a service I don't use. Perfect for personal brands.
What do you like best? I used Mention to track all my name mentions and links to my work on Twitter, which helped ne attract with my audience. What do you dislike? I would love to see some examples of custom reports and how I can use them for my business. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A perfect tool to help you look into your brand!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I was completely overwhelmed with the high number of mentions online. Keeping up with them is a big chllange when you don't have people tagging you. Mention came in to the rescue to help monitor online conversations of my tour and album.
