What do you like best? There seems to be an endless number of media/social media monitoring companies. After reading loads of professional and user reviews, I narrowed my search to Mention and Brand24. I used both platforms for a few weeks before making my decision. What do you like best? With Mention, they are consistently evolving and offering new listening tools to their clients. I am most excited about their new TV monitoring tools. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Mention is a great service that sends me occasional emails that alert me when I have been mentioned by someone online.
