Awesome & Vital

What do you like best? Its the best tool to monitor all of the social media and web mentions in one hand. Also the Slack integration is the best part of it. I loveIt! It is the first tool that I set up whenever I started to work in a business. Also their customer support team always on the other side to reply your questions or help you to overcome the obstacles that you faced. Last time I asked them a question and it takes minutes them to reply. What do you dislike? Nothing ...

Simply love mention

What do you like best? With an intelligent feed, Mention scans multiple web channels, providing a comprehensive view of brand positioning and competitors. What do you dislike? All features are only available for plans with a customized price. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As I work for an advertising agency, Mention provides an accurate view of events beyond the walls of our clients channels.

It gives me just what I'm looking for.

What do you like best? Emails come to me each day listing what others are saying about my company What do you dislike? The system works but I sometimes have problems finding what I need on their website. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it. Find out what others are saying about you. Stay up-to-date on social media. Respond to social media posts like you are just sitting around waiting for them to say something. No effort on your part except click on the ...

A Fantastic Tool to Monitor Your Social Media

What do you like best? Mention's interface is very intuitive and very easy to navigate. The best part about mention is that I am able to see the mentions about our business. This helps us to save time and plays an important part in our strategy of link building. What do you dislike? The only thing that i want to point out is that the learning curve of mention is really very slow. One need to understand the tool very well before using it. Also, they did not provide much help in the ...

Mention is the best at it!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Mention happens to be the simplest approach to tracking any indivdual or brand that makes a mention of your brand and/or products. It does a very good job on its own. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I dislike the part where Facebook refuses to do any mention tracking. Obviously, that's an issue that needs to be taken up with Facebook. Sadly, Mention can don't anything much. What specific problems in your ...

My new set of eyes online.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Running a busy business, I love the ease of use when it comes to mentions. I subscribed to a free account and was able to jumpstart immediately. The UI is direct and clean. The tool did exactly what I wanted it to do. Put these aspects together and you've got a winning combination. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I badly miss the icon that lets me identify any unrelated mentions. But not all is lost. There are ...
