What do you like best about Mention? My company's marketing department uses mention regularly since it is pretty good at finding places where our brand is referenced and discussed on various social networks and everywhere else on the internet. Mention is simple to set up, and the tool has quickly moved from development to production. Mention is the best at it!

PROS: Mention happens to be the simplest approach to tracking any indivdual or brand that makes a mention of your brand and/or products. It does a very good job on its own. CONS: I dislike the part where Facebook refuses to do any mention tracking. Obviously, that's an issue that needs to be taken up with Facebook. Sadly, Mention can don't anything much.

What do you like best about Mention? I love being notified when people are talking about our website! it searches sites small and big What do you dislike about Mention? Sometimes I find links talking about us before mention does, the ability to exclude my own social media would be nice. What problems is Mention solving and how is that benefiting you? It's great to see what people are saying about us good and bad. We learn from the bad input and applaud the positives.

A worthy tool!

PROS: Mention enable me to carefully listen to conversations made by my customers. It carried me to interesting stories and better insights. It constantly informs me of the latest reviews and topics of my company's products. It saved me lots of time and is way better than the other tools I've used. CONS: Mention has catered to my needs well. It would be a plus if they had some sort of a mobile app set up so I can carry on with things while I'm away from work.

The pricing is relatively cheap for the functionality of the tool. What do you dislike about Mention? At times, filters do not work properly. Rest everything is good. "Very good tool for social monitoring"

What do you like best about Mention? We do a lot of local seminars every week. We needed a tool which could pick up this local buzz happening due to the seminars. Mention.com was very helpful for doing this activity. It can pick up buzz from almost anywhere - Twitter, Facebook, Blogs, etc. What do you dislike about Mention? PROS: Running a busy business, I love the ease of use when it comes to mentions. I subscribed to a free account and was able to jumpstart immediately. The UI is direct and clean. The tool did exactly what I wanted it to do. Put these aspects together and you've got a winning combination. CONS: I badly miss the icon that lets me identify any unrelated mentions. But not all is lost. There are other options on how you'd want to categorize a mention and how you want to play around with it.

A perfect tool to help you look into your brand!

PROS: I was completely overwhelmed with the high number of mentions online. Keeping up with them is a big chllange when you don't have people tagging you. Mention came in to the rescue to help monitor online conversations of my tour and album. The tool simply sends me an e-mail alert whenever I get mentions. Customer service is important for me.
