It's super easy to use once it's set up (it took me a tiny bit to figure that out, but their customer support was outstanding). I love that it integrates with other apps. Switching between tasks for different projects and not having to remember to stop and start a timer is fantastic! The ease of popping onto timeBro at the end of the day and filling in the gaps, knowing that it is accurate and I can give evidence to back up my hours if/when required, is fantastic. I dislike the company. When you get started with your subscription, you receive an email on which the date for the next renewal is written. This info is untrue!
