Memtime Reviews in January 2025: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Poor integration, clunky UI, bas customer service

It used to be better, now it doesn't distinguish as well across apps - it often misses when meetings go over - it is supposed to be recording? They removed some of the integrations when they upgraded a while ago. And there is no reminder for the subscription renewal. On the day mine renewed, I tried to cancel and was told I couldn't have a refund. In summary - not as good as it was, poor integrations, bad customer service!

What do you like best about Memtime? Memtime was easy to integrate with my current practice management platform, Lawcus. Memtime runs in the background to capture everything my mouse touches. Even if I don't log into memtime, it is still capturing the information. Then I just log in at the end of the day and assign the work I did to my matters. What do you like best about Memtime? The memory aid is a fantastic feature. The simple dashboard allows you to allocate your time to the projects quickly. What do you dislike about Memtime? I couldn't find an easy way to book ours on projects when working with multiple laptops. Please note that my use case is very specific. What do you like best about Memtime? Easy to use. Integrates with Toggl Track. What do you dislike about Memtime? When working on multiple things at the same time (I know i shouldn't) it is hard to easily create 1 time input for a client. What problems is Memtime solving and how is that benefiting you? It tracks all activities on your computer, so you won't forget to track anything you worked on.

What do you like best about Memtime? It runs in the background, recoding the programs you have worked on during the day, makign it easier to allocate that chargeable time to clients. It integrates with my Xero Projects which means that creation of invoices at the month end or when a porject is complete is much aless time-consuming and far more accurate. What do you like best about Memtime? Love that it shows me where my time is going. I love that I can easily review a day's work and easily track which clients I worked for and for how long. What do you like best about Memtime? I'm a graphic designer and I've been looking for a tool for a long time that would allow me to automatically record the hours spent on each project. I've linked it to my ClickUp dashboard, where I can see hours worked vs estimated hours for each project and know if I'm on budget.
