What do you like best? MemberSuite has some great reporting options, many ways to customize what you need to for your business. What do you dislike? I feel that it is not the best "financial" software What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has reduced the number of payment entries. Prior to MemberSuite, we had to document every payment in two systems.

What do you like best? Portal!! with MRP is on the way, it would be even better/efficient for users who can take advantage of MemberSuite. convenient to switch from console to portal for our staff. What do you like best? The leadership and direction starting with Natalie and Mike. We feel that the investments in development and infrastructure will help in the long run. What do you dislike?
