Reporting

What do you like best? I really enjoy the reporting dashboard and the option to create custom graphs and charts. What do you dislike? There's a discrepancy between the canned reports and the ones that we run on our own, so it seems that some data isn't being pulled. This can lead to uncertainty about the data we are using. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to create custom data charts is extremely helpful.

Great Engage conference

What do you like best? I am here a new customer to MemberSuite. Loved the reports session and all the hands on sessions. What do you dislike? I would liked the report session to be longer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? none so far --- going live next week.

What do you like best? The staff are passionate, knowledgable and friendly. They are hardworking, have had to solve a lot of problems remotely and are very patient. What do you dislike? MemberSuite: customizable, user friendly, and the best CRM/AMS I've used.

What do you like best? The reporting tools are the best I've ever used: it's incredibly easy to filter and tune reports towards exactly what you need for any given data set. Customizing your database's back end towards your needs is really easy and makes the system incredibly versatile. What do you like best? The people at MemberSuite are great to work with. They are patient with our many questions and take the time to explain their answers.
