What do you like best? I am told the API is very useful. From a finance perspective, I had our IT team build something that allows me to build a query in MemberSuite, save it, and then I have a link that I can use to download updated data on-demand. What do you like best? There are many things to like about Membersuite. The reporting function is excellent, and lets us pull all the data we need for making decisions about program development, marketing and member services. What do you like best? Being able to write queries and interpret data is easier than in our former AMS. What do you dislike? Challenges with customizations - specifically when upgrades occur our customizations aren't always easy to upgrade however, there's been an improvement recently. We still have to test our processes carefully after a major update which is probably recommended with any AMS however this takes up staff time and effort. What problems are you solving with the ...

Reporting

What do you like best? I really enjoy the reporting dashboard and the option to create custom graphs and charts. What do you dislike? There's a discrepancy between the canned reports and the ones that we run on our own, so it seems that some data isn't being pulled. This can lead to uncertainty about the data we are using. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to create custom data charts is extremely helpful.

What do you like best? I am here a new customer to MemberSuite. Loved the reports session and all the hands on sessions. What do you dislike? I would liked the report session to be longer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? none so far --- going live next week.

Been a long time to get where we are today

What do you like best? The possibilities it has, the diy reports What do you dislike? Implementation and training was a serious struggle for us. I took over 6 months for us to be even comfortable with the ability for MS to record transactions correctly. What do you like best? I have not started using it yet, but am hopeful that it will address our needs in a intuitive way. I feel that the membersuite staff seem to be excited to work there and put the customers first. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that the system is completely customizable, so whatever your business needs, they can alter the set up to make it happen. What do you dislike? The system being completely customizable is a double-edge sword because there are so many options, it is easy to get confused and difficult to remember all the steps to set something up.
