Melio has really helped our organization streamline payments, and their customer service is helpful. If I can't find the answer with a 'help' article, I can get on chat and talk to a real person. Vannie just assisted me with a payment issue and was great, and all the other times we've needed some help, they are quick to respond.

We were having issues with "failed" payments
We were having issues with "failed" payments. I contacted support through chat and they helped nail down the issue. You are not able to use a savings account for ACH transfers to your vendor. I didn't know this. I updated my vendor info to a checking account and the rep resent the payment out for me. It was easy with their chat service! We love Melio so far.
