Melio customer support has been exceptional
We've been Melio customers for over a year and their customer service has always been exceptional. Each issue I've contacted them about has been resolved to my satisfaction. Speed of service has been good. Sometimes they are backed up and service isn't immediate but even when that is the case they communicate well and I believe they get to our requests as quickly as they are able to. Melio chat rep for QuickBooks bill pay
Melio is QuickBooks desktop's (QBDT) third party bill pay processing company. Our landlord contacted me that our rent payment had not been received when I showed it was paid on November 28 through QBDT as ACH and our online bank register showed the deduction on November 28, as well. Vannie was the representative for Melio that I chatted with online. I got an amazing representative this time who was competant and curious and eager to solve my puzzle problem. Finding payments that have gone astray is no easy task and easy to pass off to someone else which did happen. When I reached back out through chat rather than email, I was pleasantly surprised with the agent I got! It's hit or miss as with all humans, but I can tell this person was good at their job and loved it!! Such a pleasure to work with!!

Solved my payment issue.
I had a problem with some payments that I sent that didn't get to the vendor, Deirdre was able to find the issue very quickly and resolved it just as fast. She was very helpful and made the experience go smoothly.
