Convenient and Easy to use

I had a lost check to a vendor that has since provided his ACH info but when I tried to change the payment method I received error messages on the dashboard. Customer Service was quickly able to switch the payment to ACH. I have been using Melio for a couple of years and overall am very pleased with it. Their customer support is friendly, efficient and easy to contact via their chat feature. I have moved several of my clients to Melio as well and has worked well for them.

Customer Service always fantastic!

I have been using Melio for a couple of years now and have only dealt with one error, that was immediately corrected with their service team reaching out to the vendor that was affected. Every time I reach out, they are corteous and fix problems quickly. Today, I got an email for a $4000 payment that I though I had cancelled (but hadn't). They immediately cancelled it and sent the refund. Don;t know why QBO is losing them,. I will still be doing all of my bill pay through Melio

"Pending" payment? Answered

I am dealing with an issue regarding payment from a client that was initiated using their Melio account not as a payment request by me. The payment shows "Pending" on our side. When I contacted support Lulu was helpful in determining the hiccup causing the delay.

Speedy and Efficient service, always!

Vannie was very helpful and speedily resolved our issue, which was not with Melio but with the vendor not receiving the check through the mail. Melio is a great service.

Had a compliance issue with a client's…

Had a compliance issue with a client's account, needed to speak to support. There is no phone number so the fastest way to reach someone was the live chat. It starts out as AI but go through the prompts to speak to an agent. From there all the assistance was pleasant. I do wish there was a function to speak to an agent at the beginning of the chat to save time.
