Mollie was very helpful

So far, when I've used chat to get help from Melio, the reps have been very helpful. Mollie answered all my questions and even double checked the history of payments to a vendor to confirm the answer to my question. In the last month, Melio has been responding quicker to my chat supports....for a few months in 2023, it took a while to get a hold of someone. I am happy that the responses are quicker now. Would Reccomend

I have been using Melio for over a year and very happy with the service. The few times I have needed to refund a payment or make a change, they have been very helpful to assist. Simple to add a bill and make a payment. The bill links right to my QB account.
