What do you like best about MedTrainer? The courses are easy to see and assign. It is pretty intuitive and requires little training. It is up to date with current healthcare standards and if it is not, they are good about accepting feedback for our recommended changes. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? What do you like best about MedTrainer? What I like best is that that we can create training bundles for our annual compliance training. So instead of having to assign ever individual training we can create that bundle then just assign the bundle to the staff to complete. I like the option to do a group learning for some who just want to do their training together and complete as a learning group. What do you like best about MedTrainer? The multiple platforms that are included. LMS, SDS, policies, Incident reporting, and more. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? The LMS modules have occasional misspellings which I worry looks unprofessional to employees. What do you like best about MedTrainer? Having all required education on 1 platform and being able to run reports during State and AAAHC inspections. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? Difficulty getting courses assigned to renew annually. What problems is MedTrainer solving and how is that benefiting you? Organizing courses based on recommendations from MedTrainer compliance, when the right person does the job our account is finally in a good place.

What do you like best about MedTrainer? I enjoy the fact that I have the ability to create safety plans and also do compliance training modules in one place. The interface is user friendly. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? I dislike that there are typos in the safety plans and training modules (which the wording needs to be updated). I am not a fan of the update system for safety plans -- when I update a plan it completely erases all my previous data from the first time I created it ...

What do you like best about MedTrainer? I want to make any company about to do business with MEdtrainer beware of their contract. After years of working with Medtrainer , our company was forced to downsize after COVID and eventually had to close. I first contacted Medtrainer to make an adjustment to the number of users. However, they refused to make any changes . The contract auto-renews; therefore, when I would call to cancel, they would tell me I was under contract for another 2 years. I ...

What do you like best about MedTrainer? Nothing, they lie about the progress they have made by meeting weekly and have no proof of progress. Nor do they update portal showing your progress and they state they will in initial onboarding. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? Everything! if you drop the ball you drop the ball. But, to lie about progress is disgusting, each insurance panel verified that this company has not called or initiated a provider enrollment application in 9 ...
