"MedTrainer is a great Learning management platform."

What do you like best about MedTrainer? Very user friendly and modifiable to each departments needs. Makes tracking education and incidents easy. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? Took some work to get things set up. Mel our customer success manager was a great help What problems is MedTrainer solving and how is that benefiting you? We had almost no consistent annual training before MedTrainer. Now we do and we have a great way to communicate policy changes.

What do you like best about MedTrainer? MedTrainer has a large number of trainings available to help keep us in compliance. However-the thing that makes MedTrainer stand out above other companies is their customer service. Specifically, my account rep, Mel, is quick to answer any emails or questions. "Compliance Super Tool"

What do you like best about MedTrainer? We currently utilize MedTrainer for all of our compliance tracking. Whether that be LMS training or having team members sign and accept needed documents. MedTrainer does it all for us. This allows us to be scalable and continue to grow without loosing sight of the important aspects needed. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? "Platform is very fairly easy to use"

What do you like best about MedTrainer? You are able to have your employees stay up to date on compliance training. Plus it's very easy to assign and add new employees to the dashboard. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? What I dislike the most is that you must keep sending employees reminders to complete their tasks. What do you like best about MedTrainer? Their attention to detail. They have such a wonderful catalog of videos and, as the administrator, it is easy to use. I have a small office, and still find it diffucult to keep up with all the necessary yearly training. I have found that MedTrainer can eleviate some of the stress with their educational videos. "It is a good system, but it does get political in some of their training."

What do you like best about MedTrainer? I like that I can go to the sebsite and see what classes need to be done by my employees and how much of each class has been finished. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? I do not need the political over tones. Saving batteries and recycling does not apply to every office and Medtrainer is very focused on Callifornia priorities. "Good content, a little dated navigation"

What do you like best about MedTrainer? Content is good and thorough, easy to navigate; I like the feature allowing us to create our own training modules from Powerpoints or other existing content. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? Support can be slow in responding; sometimes the content is not "leveled" for the audience - meaning too detailed for some roles. Reporting is not strong suit.
