What do you like best about MedTrainer? The staff members in each department are knowledgable of the product and more than willing to help. The response time is great. The platform is intuitive. I like that you can upload and implement your own training to the platform and track completion. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? The limited file format accepted when uploading company trainings. You can't bulk select completed certificates to download from the employee center. Does not have ...

What do you like best about MedTrainer? The courses are easy to find and assign. It is up to date. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? The document center is not user friendly. What problems is MedTrainer solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes new staff onboarding training easy. Streamlines staff education.

What do you like best about MedTrainer? simple to create bundles for students and new hires. I like the ability to author courses as well. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? Would like a little more ambulatory surgery center and eye specific education. What problems is MedTrainer solving and how is that benefiting you? OIG checks and SDS management as well as required annual education for staff

What do you like best about MedTrainer? The modules are very complete and the test are challenging. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? We have had good experiences so far. At one point we had a billing issue and thankfully we were able to fix it. What problems is MedTrainer solving and how is that benefiting you? With medtrainer we are in compliance with the requirements for annual visits from the health department and all other entities.

What do you like best about MedTrainer? MedTrainer can bundle courses together that can then be easily assigned to user within our practice. This makes training uniform and complete! What do you dislike about MedTrainer? I have not experienced issues with MedTrainer directly. The only issue our users have is allowing pop-ups in their browser when accessing courses. An easy fix! What do you like best about MedTrainer? It is a very easy platform for my employees to use. It has a very large library to choose from for assigned education specific to an ambulatory surgery center. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? I haven't really noticed any at this pont. What problems is MedTrainer solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes it easier to keep track of employee education status and easily printed reports for surveyors and employee files.

What do you like best about MedTrainer? Dashboard functionality and ease of use. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? I can't think of any features I dislike. We just implementented ADP, so we will likely look into integrating MedTrainer with ADP. What problems is MedTrainer solving and how is that benefiting you? Ensuring compliance is tracked and completed.

What do you like best about MedTrainer? Medtrainer is awesome at allowing our company to store all our contracts and documents in one place, assign yearly education to our staff, and just keep track of everything. Medtrainer makes organizing extremely easy and our rep is always willing to jump on a call on with us when we need him to help us or have any questions. What do you dislike about MedTrainer?
