What do you like best about MedTrainer? Our Rep is the kindest most patient rep I have worked with in a very long time. He listens to all my silly questions and reviews the functions with such patience. I really appreciate his commitment to help. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? What do you like best about MedTrainer? I like that it is easy to assign to any staff member, but mostly I really like the staff. Mel is probably the very best trainer I have had the pleasure to work with in 15 years of Health Care application experience. What do you like best about MedTrainer? The informational video's and the employee tracking. I also like the wide range of information provided in the videos. "HIghly recommend, user friendly, MT staff easily accessible when I need assistance."

What do you like best about MedTrainer? We can create our own templates, add what we'd like to keep track of (external transcripts), our McKesson stock is tracked here which also provides MSD on hand and accessible to all staff. Anytime I have a question or need help, my representative promptly responds and helps me over the phone or gets back to me quickly. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? We can't sort or search incident reports by name (patient, customer, staff who completed form). ...

What do you like best about MedTrainer? MedTrainer makes it very easy to keep track of everything all in one place. Instead of having multiple managers keeping inconsistent records, this makes it very easy to have everything we need. We also use the contract management peice which makes it very easy to know which contracts are coming due for renewal and don't auto renew due to being overlooked. What do you like best about MedTrainer? The wide variety of functions in the system, good customer service. What do you dislike about MedTrainer? We are relatively new to MedTrainer, but so far the only thing I've found that I wished looked a little different is the Course Catalog for e-learning modules. What do you like best about MedTrainer? MedTrainer has made my job as an administrator so much easier! I MedTrainer for required education for staff as well as physicians. The reports available to track module compliance are outstanding and simple to run. I really like the fact that you can easily create your own custom education modules.
