What do you like best? The platform is not only very easy to learn and use, but the T1 support team is incredible. What do you dislike? Fantastic Service

What do you like best? The reps that our agency works with are absolutely phenomenal. They are always so responsive to any requests and are able to provide deep, detailed answers to help you understand their platform. I also love that whether our campaigns are client managed or T1 managed, they are always keeping an eye out on campaign performance and making recommendations to help us make optimizations to move us towards our client's goals. Solid client management

What do you like best? MediaMath provide quality client management. They are very helpful and quick to respond. What do you dislike? Nothing to really note as a "dislike". But the video offerings could see higher performance compared to other competitors' offerings. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use MediaMath to solve client issues.

What do you like best? Ability to reach multiple exchanges and inventory of audiences from hundreds of partners. What do you dislike? Account managers change too quickly for self serve accounts. What do you like best? MediaMath has great account support, tons of tools in the interface, and plenty of reporting to look at. So many features! What do you dislike? There is no view in the interface for day-of impression reporting, which can be very useful when running campaigns. What do you like best? I've only worked in the platform once and I thought it was very user friendly. The line item summaries are really helpful when QAing a campaign.The client service team was also extremely helpful. What do you dislike? Some set up details aren't synonymous to other platforms which is unsettling at first glance.
