"Good management tool but still need some improving"

What do you like best about MediaBank? It's really straightforward and easy to use. The training process was really easy and the team pick up all the process really easy. What do you dislike about MediaBank? When a lot of content is on the platform it can be messy and confusing. A lot of files in the homepage, I think having more workspaces will help a lot. "Outdated and not intuitive"

What do you like best about MediaBank? The only nice thing is that it's an all in one place program. Everything from event upload through IO approval. What do you dislike about MediaBank? It's a mess! Many of the screens were not updated and still run on the old interface (all typing, no buttons). Many screens load slowly. Orders can only be sent one at a time and require a ridiculous amount of input for each order. The contact management is also complicated and can only view/edit/add one ...

What do you like best about MediaBank? I like that there's a large storage capacity. What do you dislike about MediaBank? I dislike that it can be confusing to find things back, and the folder structures can get overwhelming/tedious to manage. What do you like best about MediaBank? From a system administration standpoint, the system has relatively little downtime, and system problems do seem to be addressed, since there have been several upgrades made available. What do you like best about MediaBank? in comparison to DDS, the interface is more user friendly and allows for more personalizing and multi-tasking. What do you dislike about MediaBank? the media bank software is not very intuitive and there tend to be a lot of delays. the are tons of updates that happen but never seem to notice any real change so it seems like we are kicked out of the software for no real reason.
