Flexible, Targeted Learning on My Time
I appreciate how I can drop in/out of learning as the time becomes available to me at work. I also greatly value the ability to look up specific topics for my learning that will directly benefit a client that I am currently seeing, or training that I want to provide more clearly to a colleague. Being able to change the speed and download the slides ensures that I can adjust the learning to my preferred style.
