What do you like best about Medallia Customer Experience? Very easy to navigate & helpful in answering guest/customer complaints. I love the word bubbles. What do you like best about Medallia Customer Experience? The interface is fairly easy to use. Sometimes it's not as intuitive as it should be and it seems that some of the tracking isn't as robust as it should be. What do you dislike about Medallia Customer Experience?
