What do you like best about Maya? The tools, for example, transfer UV/transfer verts. Edit edge flow and so much more. I love Arnold rendering as well. What do you dislike about Maya? Just the lack of modifiers and overall performance with low-end pc What problems is Maya solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm not particularly familiar with Maya's problem at the moment, but I think every update provides me with more productivity.

"I have been using maya mostly for modifying models and changing UVs for my models."

What do you like best about Maya? UV mapping in maya is super handy for me. I have tried blender ,3DsMax and other softwares but Maya has been handy. I also like changing multiple view modes using space key. What do you dislike about Maya? The hypershade is somewhat confusing. Also the Auto UV/sperical UV mapping is useless for me. What problems is Maya solving and how is that benefiting you? I work in AR VR industry where the models need to be optimized. The retopo and remeshing is ...
