What do you like best about Maxwell Health? Saved plenty of trees with the Maxwell benefit portal. Most employees can figure it out. What do you dislike about Maxwell Health? Wish there were reports that show coverage amount and premium amounts for all the benefits. What do you like best about Maxwell Health? The system prompts our employees to make their elections in a timely manner. It displays their options in an easy to follow format and leads them through each required step. What do you dislike about Maxwell Health? The dashboard notifications do not include enough information for an administrator to easily decipher changes made by employees. What do you like best about Maxwell Health? It's wonderful to have all the benefits and information for employees all in one locations. What do you dislike about Maxwell Health? Easy set up of employees and giving them access to Maxwell. What problems is Maxwell Health solving and how is that benefiting you? Eliminating multiple provider emails and locating them into one program.

What do you like best about Maxwell Health? Maxwell Health has made our open enrollment process simple for all of our employees. Being able to pull reports for benefits has been very helpful. What do you dislike about Maxwell Health? Nothing. The system is easy to use and the customer service team at Maxwell Health has been very helpful. What problems is Maxwell Health solving and how is that benefiting you? It has allowed the processing of benefits during open enrollment to go by much faster.

What do you like best about Maxwell Health? Best part is having all of our offered products available to staff in one place. Enrollment is so easy! What do you dislike about Maxwell Health? I wish that Maxwell would connect with our payroll system to reduce the amount of input necessary. What problems is Maxwell Health solving and how is that benefiting you? Utilizing Maxwell Health has been a great time saver and keeps us from having to spend valuable time tracking eligibility dates, etc.
