"A very good CRM tool with lots of options"

What do you like best? When booking an appointment with a client I have the option to send a confirmation email to the client. Great feature! I also like the note taking capabilities. You can customize each call based on the topics discussed etc. It also marks down the time called and duration. Very nice!
