"A solid legacy product that we have used for nearly 20 years"

What do you like best about Maximizer? The structure of the pages and tabs is pretty intuative. We track all of our sales activities, and are able to set adequate follow ups.

I find this to be a user-friendly tool

PROS: Its online system is easy to navigate as it gave me all the data I need in a single screen without having to scroll endlessly. This gives me build a brief contact history with current prospects while enhancing call quality. CONS: Its pages could need to be colored a bit differently. This makes it easier to identify the section you're currently in.

A handy tool for client management.

PROS: This client communication tool is helpful in keeping track of contacts proactively. It lets me keep tabs on my tasks to help make sure what is being promised to clients is successfully delivered. CONS: The vast features of this tool can be overwhelming. The ability to try making use of all of them is a seriousd drawback that needs to be addressed. Client segregation can be a strain to our current system.

Maximizer at its fullest and live.

PROS: I love how their support guides you to use this platform. At the same time, their technical team is swift to address any confusion and issues. They're always there to make sure you use Maximizer to the fullest. CONS: So far. There's nothing not to like about this platform.

Great Overall Sales Compliment

PROS: The ease-of-use and speed for first time users is unmatched to any software product I've ever demonstrated or used. Fast customer support and customization is a strong asset, also. The software speed - either on the desktop or mobile version - is fantastic...excellent experienced, qualified technology partner.

I use this tool for just about anything.

PROS: Maximizer organizes everything and keeps me on top of things. It all begins with an individual or company and this tool does a tremendous job linking tasks, notes, appointments, e-mails, and notes together. I make use of Maximizer for just about everything since I only wanted to settle for place where I can easily make my searches.

Brilliant software

PROS: I find Maximizer to be user friendly. You can document just about anything from clients in a single database consisting of data, notes, and files. Their calendar is perfect handling multiple users. CONS: There have been instances where Maximizer would mysteriously log you out or shut down for no reason. Faulty integration is noticeable between Maximizer's own calendar and the Outlook calendar. From time to time, the platform would run really slow.

My first-ever experience with this CRM.

PROS: This CRM can be modified to meet our business structure. CONS: It's susceptible for any user to incorrectly input contacts. I wish all of my clients' addresses and phone numbers are uniformly arranged. A G-mail integration would be great.

A Maximizer review.

PROS: I've had Maximizer since the 90s and just recently, I made the upgrade to the online version. I constantly use it abd it's been helpful to me since day one. CONS: There's no much to not like with this tool. I expected it to be customizable but I often use it for basic contact management.

What do you like best? This crm platform allows us to have better performance and increased sales. Its functions and tools are complete, solid and very easy to use, it helps to improve your marketing, customer service and something very important which is mobile access to be able to continue working from anywhere.
