What do you like best about Maximizer? The flexibility of User Defined Fields and reports, it allows me to create fields, track items and log my work. Best is monitor my deadlines.

What do you like best about Maximizer? The ability to create workflows and then apply them to individual clients making each interaction with our clients personalized, but also less labour intensive for us. Having a centralized hub to collect all interactions with clients with details that are available to all staff.

What do you like best about Maximizer? I really like the outlook integration. This allows us to automatically save correspondence and attachments to the client's contact on the program. This has made life much easier for us.
