Love Mavenlink!

What do you like best? It is so easy to track your time. Also, this is such a simple platform to train new employees. I am able to train employees within 15-30 minutes and they feel extremely confident in using the system. What do you dislike? There are some features that truly are annoying within Mavenlink. For example, when you run an Analytics report for a specific task for a specific user, it only shows the total amount of time tracked for that task within the time frame ...

Mavenlink = Real-time Features

What do you like best? The best thing about Mavenlink is that I can see budgets and time entries in real-time. I struggled with our old project management software because it didn't include time tracking. I spent so much time trying to see where we were at on budgets before Mavenlink. Now, I can know in real-time. What do you dislike? Really, my only big complaint about Mavenlink is a combination of little things (i.e. - the fact that checklist items don't have to be checked off to ...

We Love Mavenlink!

What do you like best? Mavenlink is great for project management, time tracking, and immediate tracking of time spent on projects. We love that we can see how much time is being spent on a project and quickly make corrections for inefficiencies. What do you dislike? The program can run a bit slow sometimes. Also, I wish it integrated a CRM or sales contact management system. I know it can connect to other CRM systems, but we would rather be able to manage our sales contacts and ...

Well-Rounded Operations Software - Perfect for Creative Agencies

What do you like best? I love that resourcing, project financials, qualitative notes, project management and schedule management are all within the same system and speak to each other. What do you dislike? The reporting and BI capabilities of this software are extremely robust, but only available if you engage with pretty expensive BI consultants, or attend their training course and learn to do it yourself (some SQL background required for this). I feel like this was glossed over a ...

A Significant Improvement from our previous PSA tool

What do you like best? The UI in MavenLink is designed with the user in mind. The easy of navigating with the project, updating tasks and creating my weekly project status reports are a huge leap forward from our previous PSA tool. I actually look forward to using this tool instead of dreading my weekly updates. What do you dislike? I would love to see future functionality to include an easy way to copy an existing task or a group of tasks. The way our projects deviate from our ...

Mavenlink for the hyperactive PM

What do you like best? I love the fact that Mavenlink provides project tracking and monitoring on cloud. It’s super helpful because it allows access from anywhere and changes can be implemented real-time versus at the end of the day. With time tracking ability, it’s easier than ever to invoice on the go. What do you dislike? Unfortunately, I have noticed that some of the actual nuts and bolts of project management can be a bit fussy and hard to figure for new users and skilled ...
