"Good tool for Salesforce integration and great for those with marketing minds."

What do you like best about MassMailer? The integration with Salesforce is the main benefit of this software. It was great to send directly to email addresses in our list as opposed to importing them into another tool.

What do you like best about MassMailer? As a Salesforce consultant I've had to deal with a lot of vendors over the years, and specifically a lot around mass mailing capabilities. Each of those products/vendors left a lot to be desired, and it was hard to find one that had intuitive functionality as well as a strong support team.

It allows for us to carefully segment our candidates and clients for effortless mass e-mail campaigns. The program also provides great data and the company is very quick to resolve any issues!

What do you like best about MassMailer? Support was excellent. Once setup I was just a few clicks away from sending an email out to as many Salesforce contacts or leads that I wanted to. There was no longer any 500/day limit. With Mass Mailer you were able to see important statistics about a campaign email, such as soft bounces, hard bounces, sends, receives, opens, clicks, etc.
