Easy to understand and works as intended

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? When I started using this platform, it really made spa management easier and more efficient for me. There are a number of things I like about it, such as it is cloud-based and very user-friendly. I am also impressed how clients lists can now be accessed from a central location, which has made my work easier to do. I also like their features for financial and employee management, as well as their billing tools. Their marketing and ...

It is a simple but functional tool

What do you like best? This cloud-based platform allows you to efficiently manage the spa where I work, is very easy to use, although the configuration process is a bit extensive, I like that I can centralize from the list of my customers to that of other staff members, in addition to employee management, I can centralize in this tool billing and financial management, such as performance metrics, another salient feature is marketing management, as well as order management of our ...

Massagebook... not bad. not good; mediocre.

What do you like best? On the back end of things, Massagebook is EXTREMELY user-friendly and easy to learn the software. I'm not tech savvy at all, and the platform is organized in a practically fail-proof set-up. Also, Massagebook integrates with Square (and Stripe) for easy payment. What do you dislike? There are a few facets of Massagebook that have made me choose to use another scheduling software. The first being is that Massagebook as a company, not through my personal ...

I started a free trial of massagebook…

I started a free trial of massagebook in February 2019. Then I started getting emails. Lots of emails. They said "Request Received - Please Write Your Response Above the Line". I was confused. I didn't request anything. Were these emails possibly a new customer trying to book a massage? Why then were there no details about the customer or date/time of his requested appointment? I called to ask. Nobody answered. I tried again the next day. Nobody answered. I tried going through the website ...

MassageBook Makes Scheduling and New Client Intake Easy

What do you like best? MassageBook lets you send easy-to-use Client Intake Forms virtually to clients, so that they can fill them out remotely before coming into the office. This feature has saved me and my clients time spent having to fill them out in-person. It also integrates scheduling in with Google calendars, allowing you to have everything in one place. What do you dislike? To access a good amount of features, you need to upgrade to a paid membership. While the pricing is ...

Great for new therapists and seasoned pros

What do you like best? It is very simple to use. You're able to dive right in and get started, customizing it to fit you and your practice. Customer service is always there to help should there be any problems. What do you dislike? I'd like more customization so that you can alter some of the pre-done wording to make it more in tune with your own business practices. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Massage book helps me get ...

Great 1st choice for a new business

What do you like best? You can build your own website and book clients and have anyone search for your services. What do you dislike? It does not include SOAP notes for me to track my encounters with clients. This would save a lot of time and money if it were included digitally. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? seamless booking services with clients. It is a one stop shop for clients to see my website, prices and services, and ...

Easiest massage scheduler ever!

What do you like best? at my job, we are virtual receptionists. We have to schedule for many different massage companies and learn lots of different scheduling systems, and this is my favorite! It is so simple and having times blocked off is the best thing for my job! Finding and scheduling is so easy and so is looking up customers. I absolutely love the different colors which makes it so easy to look at and automatically be able to see everything. What do you dislike? My only ...
