A great content experience and a great customer experience.

What do you like best? Lionbridge have been working with MarketMuse for over a year, from an initial proof of concept through to now having our content team work directly within the tool creating optimized content in real time. As an SEO expert, the tool is great from an efficiency perspective, the amount of input required to support the content team has gone down and the quality of the content produced is excellent. The level of support we get from MarketMuse is really hands ...

Totally Enhanced Our Marketing Effort

What do you like best? What we value most about MarketMuse is the competitive data that is available. We are able to accurately know who in our market is doing well for certain topics and then work to chase and beat them. What do you dislike? There is so much data and suggestions which is helpful however it can get easy to lose track of what is most important when creating a game plan when the homepage dashboard is home to so much information. What problems are you solving ...

Amazing Content Evaluator Tool

What do you like best? I love the features of discovery, editing, and targeting our content. We've seen great results as we've optimized our content What do you dislike? It wasn't intuitive to use, but once you are familiar with where all of the features live - it works great. Recommendations to others considering the product: These guys are great. Take the time to learn and work with them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Marketmuse - Excellent optimization software

What do you like best? Marketmuse's software is outstanding for optimizing content. From doing research on contextually relevant but semantically distinct topics to tuning up existing pages, it's an excellent, very tactical tool. Highly recommended for SEO teams. What do you dislike? Natural language generation is still hit or miss (the First Draft product) as of mid-2020. More often than not, it needs substantial editing in order to be usable. Recommendations to others ...

The Best Content Optimization Tool Out There

What do you like best? My favorite thing about MarketMuse is it's ability to not only help you optimize content for SEO, but also inform how difficult/easy it will be to rank for certain keywords. It gives you an accurate picture of what topics to focus on and how to prioritize those topics. What do you dislike? You cannot customize the competitor insights based on who your company's direct competitors are. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use their ...

Mostly User-Friendly

What do you like best? I like the variety of features MarketMuse has, as well as the helpful explanations of each of their features (which are sometimes hard to understand at first). The Connect and Optimize features in particular are very useful. I also appreciate that we get direct assistance from MarketMuse representatives, who can ensure we are using the software to the best of our ability. We haven't been able to use the content brief creator yet, but from what I've seen in the ...

MarketMuse gives us a process-driven way to deliver strong SEO results

What do you like best? I love how they show us the frequency of topics both the average competitor and top of class use on a given keyword. That way, we can optimize the topics by examining the strengths of both types. I also appreciated how advanced SEO experts and beginners can easily use the dashboard and scoring methodology. Another benefit is that you can easily show the before and after benefit of leveraging Market Muse. Content is often subjective. By seeing the improvement in ...

Great way to scale content production and improve SEO

What do you like best? MarketMuse makes it easy to rank for specific keywords. What do you dislike? I wish the platform was able to display search data from the Google Keyword Planner. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Before MarketMuse, we would do our best to write posts to target certain keywords, but we didn't really know what our chances of ranking would be. With MarketMuse, we know exactly how long posts she be, what ...

Essential Tool

What do you like best? This tool is the best at taking a deep look at the content you are creating and the content you have already created to make it more attractive to your users. What do you dislike? Marketmuse tool is expensive and you have to purchase it by the year. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This has helped our writers write our content more on point to the topic we give them.

You'll never again blame unqualified assignments for content failures.

What do you like best? A well-qualified assignment is the foundation of every successful collaboration. So to say I appreciate a thorough brief is an understatement. After reading my first MarketMuse brief, I was the most confident I've ever gone into a technical writing assignment. That's not to say I was sure I'd nail it -- instead I was sure that if I did NOT deliver, then at least I'd know the inadequacy was mine alone, not a breakdown of communication or expectations. ...
