"Customer Service/Helpdesk - Wonderful Experience"

What do you like best about Market Leader? Market Leader is a great tool but as someone using the platform and not knowing the backend, it sometimes requires me to call the helpdesk. Everyone I have spoken to has always been extremely nice and patient and tried to help but one person in particular has shown that they can resolve the issues and understand the platform and integrations/connections better than others. What do you like best about Market Leader? They lied to me. The guy was really nice. Told me I would be getting good seller lead, Sellers who were looking to sell. Nothing in 3 months. I was told also that I could cancel after 3 months. When I called to cancel. He was like, I'm sorry you can cancel until 6 months. I said no I was told I could cancel after 3 months. The window shopper leads that only wanted more information about a property but didn't intend to buy or sell anything within the next 12 months. What do you like best about Market Leader? Slick salespeople were good and friendly. What do you dislike about Market Leader? Absolutely not transparent. Guaranteed leads for x amount or a refund. Now I'm asking for a refund and they're saying I have to have requested it sooner. This was not disclosed. I'm not happy at all.
